The 12-week program designed to help you reach your fitness goals efficiently. The 50+ pound program is a very focused and accountability heavy program. This is meant to transform your body. This program works when you have decided that enough is enough. You’re done with the yo-yo dieting and frustrations of not doing what you have said you would do. This program will change your body, but also your mindset and belief in yourself.
You will have 3 weight workouts per week, activity challenges and a daily accountability journal. Additionally, you will have consistent interactions with your coach. If you’re part of a school team, you can participate with their meeting, but your main accountability partner is your coach. We want to keep you on plan and heading towards your goal. The coaching will work around your schedule. Every week you will receive your workouts, meal suggestions and motivation directly to your smartphone, with video on each exercise. Your workout plan is based on your goals and your capabilities. Everyone has a different plan, but it is at least 3 days/week. Remember this is body transformation!
reasonable nutrition
This isn’t a starvation program. You will be given targets calories & nutrients. We’ll have some great recipes for you as well. You’ll be fueled to reach GOAL!
motivation & coaching
We'll be with you every step of the way. You may workout without a trainer present, but we'll be with you throughout. The difference a trainer makes is incredible!
