How do we get boot camp started at my school?

How many participants do we need?
Typically 10 is a good goal. Are their 10 people at your school who'd like to get into shape or possibly lose some weight? And we support all school personnel. Teachers, staff, administrators and occasionally parents will join.
Where are the classes held?
Depends on your space availability. We can use the gym, the cafeteria, a classroom, the lobby, really anywhere that will accommodate the number of participants.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than he or she is capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, muscular strength, cross-fit, abs, circuit training, and more!
How often will we meet?
Classes are twice/week Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
Do I need any special equipment or clothing?
You will need a set of dumbbells. Depending on your fitness level, most ladies start with 8lbs-10lbs. Most men will start with 15lbs to 20lbs. I suggest having two different size dumbbells. You'll need heavier for certain exercises. You should dress in workout clothes. You will need shoes with good support. Also a work out mat/towel. And water, you'll want that!
What can I expect?
- 2 days a week of challenging, and fun group exercise

You can join anytime. But today is the best day.
Can I do the online and the live workouts?
Absolutely, increased activity is always encouraged. Get the best of both worlds with the combination.
When will I start seeing results?
Many people will start to see results after the first week, but more often closer to the third week. If you follow the program and a nutrition guide with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the happiness that comes with living a healthier lifestyle and being a healthier person! Remember with intensive physical training you may not always see the scale weight drop at first. Never get discouraged by the scale!
Why aren’t I losing weight and seeing results?
Getting results comes from consistency and focus. Non-compliance is the ONLY thing that stands in your way of getting results. Are you going to make up excuses on why you can’t eat healthy or why you don’t have time to work out? Or, are you going to put forth the effort it takes to get results… Our most successful “LOSERS” are those whose attendance is perfect, whose eating habits have changed, whose negative thoughts have perished and whose determination level - is flying off the charts. If you want results like these - then GET YOUR BUNS TO BOOT CAMP!
I'm not sure I can find the time to make it to boot camp. I have kids, I have to get my spouse off to work, I work till late at night and the list goes on and on. Any advice?
I have one word to say to you: SABOTAGE!! You can give yourself 100 reasons why it can't be done when in fact, there are about 2000 reasons why it can be done and why it will be the best thing you've ever done for your mental and physical health! I'll ask you one question: how bad do you w-a-n-t it? Once you make yourself the first priority on your "to do list" -- everything else will fall into place. We are coming to you!
