For the past ten years we've had the pleasure of conducting thousands of boot camp and personal training sessions. Having fought and continuing to fight to truly integrate fitness into my life, I'm very much in tune to the struggles and successes. My empathetic and reasonable approach was one of the reasons a Canadian client nicknamed me Coach Nice. It is so rewarding to see a person start achieving not only what they want for themselves, but what is ultimately in their best interest. It's been a blessing to be able to help people add years to their life and life to their years. One thing I always wanted was to impact a broader group of people. Our online training and support business was born as a way to help people without geographic restrictions.
Our company started in 2011 as Top Flight Athletics. Our primary purpose was to help athletes develop. Shortly after opening, we held a fitness challenge for schools. School teams competed against each other to see who could lose the most weight under our training. That same year, we started providing training at school locations before or after school. Eventually, our business focused totally on educators.
People often ask about the name Efitphany. It’s a play on the word epiphany. What was your efitphany? The moment you decided you would take control of your health. When you said enough is enough, I have got to do something about how I feel, how I look, how I eat, my health. Sometimes it’s seeing yourself in a photo or trying on your favorite outfit that doesn’t quite fit or a health scare or anything that sparks an efitphany. Our hope is to encourage this decision early and to prompt consistent actions towards that goal. We will help turn your efitphany into a life changing event that will provide you with great pride, joy and ultimately...health. We are excited for this next step. With the help of the business community, many more people will be able to be served. Let's do this!
