Health is a resource. It’s what makes it possible to do anything. Similar to money being a resource that allows you to buy and do things. Every walk, workout, good food choice is an investment in your health. This investment pays dividends in the quality of your life for the entirety of your life. It doesn’t require perfection, just consistency. We will help you do just that.

For years, our main method of providing fitness services has been with trainers doing workouts for staff on school premises.  This has been tremendously successful, but it was difficult to reach even 20% of the school staff.  The set schedule, pricing, after school and family obligations were often hindrances. Approximately 1 year ago, we trialed online training via app. This offered:

1.        Convenience - you can workout when your schedule allows.

2.       You can measure and track your health via the app.  Your weight, measurement, activity, meals, etc.  It becomes your fitness hub. See app samples.

3.       Meal planning based on goals.  Knowing what to eat is a stumbling block for many people looking to get into shape. See sample meal plan.

4.      Exercises can be based on your level of fitness instead of a group.

5.      You have a coach available to ask questions.  Plus the coach will keep you accountable.  They will know when you complete workouts and just as importantly - when you don't complete workouts.

6.      The group keeps each other motivated.  Having educators in your school, district, state and country all on the same mission is a heck of a tribe to have on your fitness adventure.

How it works:

Once you signup, you'll receive a questionnaire with basic question so that we can determine which workouts you should be assigned.  Beginner, knee/joint friendly, intermediate/advanced.  There's a workout for your level.

You'll receive a link to sign up for the app.  Through this app, you can connect myfitnesspal, your fitbit, track your numbers and workouts.  

You'll be assigned a coach which you can message directly through your app.

You'll be advised which of the meal plans you should follow to meet your goals.  You'll receive a digital magazine monthly that will have our detailed meal plan.  This will also have valuable information - success stories, stress management tips, funny teacher moments, etc.  ALL of this is courtesy of our sponsors.  Please keep them in mind as they are making this all possible without a fee to you.

Participants from their 20's to 60's have successfully taken control of their health.  You can do it too.  Try it and see how much you love it.  You'll receive 3 workouts/week.  Not just during the school year, but all year long.
