We support the entire K-12 system by improving the health and happiness of all personnel that impact children. Teachers, counselors, school nurses, cafeteria workers, office personnel, bus drivers, support staff, administration, etc. We help improve education by improving the educator.

This results-driven program makes it easier for people with busy schedules to get fit.

Our Training Program Includes:

  • Three workouts per week, based on your fitness level.

  • Eating Guidance to set you up for success.

  • A coach available to answer any questions and to keep you accountable.

  • Motivation from your coach and the group.
